Fusion’s Ultra Guard Waterbased Polyurethane is the ideal protective furniture varnish designed to enhance and safeguard your interior surfaces with exceptional durability and ease of use. This furniture top-coat is non-yellowing and reinforced with silica for increased resistance to abrasion, ensuring your furniture, worktables, wood floors, and other surfaces look their best for years.

Application Instructions:

Prepare the Surface:

Painted Surfaces: Clean and degrease with TSP Alternative. Wait 24-48 hours after painting before applying.

Bare Wood: Sand smooth with 120-grit sandpaper, ensuring it's free from wax and contaminants. Remove dust before application.

Mixing:

Mix thoroughly with a stick and wait 20 minutes before applying.

Application:

Use a synthetic bristle brush or a microfiber roller. Sand lightly with 220-grit sandpaper between coats.

Number of Coats:

• Painted Surfaces: 2 coats recommended.
• Bare Wood & Non-Sealing Stains: 3 coats for optimal protection.

Drying Times:

• Between Coats: Allow 3 to 48 hours. After 48 hours, lightly sand before the next coat.
• Bare Wood: Apply the second coat after 3 hours without sanding.
• Before Sanding: Wait 6 to 8 hours before sanding for a smooth finish.
