Shipping policy

Delivery Costs will be calculated at check out and are based on the value of your order. If you’re local to Epsom / Leatherhead  you can choose to collect in store 

Local Pick Up:

Are you in Surrey? I can have your order packed and ready to collect from The Stockroom, Unit 18 The Swan Centre, leatherhead, KT22 8AH 

On occasions I can arrange out of hours collection from me (Epsom Downs) when possible (please call me directly to arrange this - select the pick up in store option). The Leatherhead Shop is open Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm.

Orders are usually packed within 24 hours, sometimes on the same day where possible. You'll receive an email notification to tell you when your order has been packed and is ready to collect. 

Please give me a call to arrange to pick up your order, I’m happy to try and accommodate wherever possible - I know how desperately we all need paint after all!

Delivery - DPD Ship to Shop: To a shop pick up point/ locker near you

DPD Ship to Shop service post normally aims 3-4 day delivery, however occasionally it can take a little longer (thankfully this is rare). Real time tracking available.

Delivery - DPD Next Day Door to Door

DPD delivery from me directly to your door. Reliable next day delivery. Orders placed before 11am will be eligible for the Next Day service. Orders received after 11am may take a day longer due to cut off /packing times.

Packaging

Wherever possible, I like to do my bit and recycle used packaging. I also make use of packaging that can be reused and recycled, it would be great if you can try to reuse or recycle the packaging from your parcel. Every little helps right!
